Humans
The Humans were created by Althena on the Blue Star. When Zophar came to destroy and reshape the Blue Star in his image, Althena made a choice. She put the Blue Star into an ice age, destroying everything, sealing Zophar away, and bringing the humans to Lunar in her fortress. Once they arrived, Althena exiled the Vile Tribe to the wasteland of the Frontier. The humans have lived on Lunar since the recorded history. Over the passage of time, the story of how the humans came to Lunar was lost, but there are some who still know of the truth. But if they were to pay attention to what happened 1,000 years ago, they would know the ultimate truth of Althena herself! |

Dragons/Fiends
These are the four dragons designated by Althena and Zophar. Not only do they help to sustain the powers of Althena and Zophar, but they also have the ability to grant their powers to a chosen warrior. The downside? No Dragon means no Dragon Hero! The Dragons can survive without their creator, but if they die, the magic of Lunar will become very limited. But like humans, the Dragons only have a limited lifespan, although it lasts much longer than a human's would, it still ends after some time. New dragons, like Azuro (the baby Blue Dragon) must accept the torch from their descendants and become the new Dragon of their designated color. If a dragon is killed however, they will be reborn immediately after. The Dragons will, as always, play a key roll in the grand scheme of things. |

The Vile Tribe
The Vile Tribe was beaten by the Dragonmaster Alex and his friends 2,000 years ago. As far as everyone knew, they had been destroyed. They were wrong! The Vile Tribe had been hiding in the Frontier, away from the sight of the humans. Slowly, their numbers grew again. Sometimes, during the Solstice, the women of the Tribe become more "sexually active" than usual. They would creep out into the land of the humans and "interact" with male humans. They would stay with them until their children were born, then would leave and return when the children were old enough to be trained! This was rare, but not unheard of. Perhaps there are advantages to being this type of child? That remains to be seen! |

The Shaite
The Shaite are an ancient race. They were the first to inhabit Lunar when the ancient gods first created it. Later on, Zophar created the Vile Tribe, who attacked and destroyed the Shaite, or so they thought. From what Vassago thought and what Zophar says, the Shaite are still around, they are mearly disguised in human appearences! Is he right? If so, can they still take on their true form? one possible downside that Ghaleon forsees is that the Shaite will fight for the gods so they can reclaim their home. They are definately the wild card of the deck! |

The Vampires
These creatures are a cross between a Vile and a Shaite. Because of the sharing of powers, a mutation is created. The Vampires need the blood of others to sustain their lives. However, unlike what the myths tell, the Vampires of Lunar can eat regular food and stand in sunlight. The need for blood comes from the Shaite race, the super speed comes from the Vile. It's a deadly force; one to be reconed with!

General Monsters
These are basically the throwback creations of the gods. Some resemble humans, some are like animals, others are just pretty freaky! Forsaken by both Althena and Zophar, these beasts wander around Lunar, striving to survive and attacking all those that they feel are threatening their territory. They make for good practice for fights against the bigger enemies, but basically they're just really anoying. |
