What is an NPC in LSA?
NPCs are characters that don't have specific owners. In other words: they can be played by anyone if need be. The GM controls the NPCs, but sometimes it gets hectic trying to control several characters at one time. So other players are needed to assume the roll of a NPC as well as their regular character in order to assist the GM. This brings a little more light and perspective into every NPC, thereby making that character more interesting!

Althena, True Goddess Of Lunar
1,000 years ago, when Hiro saved the world from Zophar, it was believed that Althena had allowed herself to die as a mortal, leaving the humans with no Goddess. But she has been back since anyone can remember. After all, if Zophar could have been ressurected, why not Althena as well? But who did it, and why? The Goddess is back now for whatever reason! However, lately, Althena's powers have been growing progressively weaker. But why? The answer was simple for anyone who knew the history of Lunar: the Althena that everyone knew, was not the real Althena! Lucia invoked Althena's powers in order to stop Zophar. After that time, she returned to the Blue Star, still holding the powers of the Goddess. She came back to Lunar when she felt the return of the ancient gods begining to manifest itself. Fearing that the people might lose faith, she took Althena's place and her name. But now that the true Althena is back, she can now concentrate on helping the heroes save Lunar. Thanks to the help of Donovan's ressurection scroll, Althena is back and stronger than ever! |
Zophar, The Dark Lord Of Lunar
Even though Zophar was destroyed by Hiro and the Dragon Heros, some of his power remained in Lunar. After all, there can be no light without darkness. He, as well as all four of his Fiends, were brought back to Lunar. He wants to take Lunar again, but he knows that in order to do that, he must become a "complete god". Zophar knew of "ancient gods" of Lunar and decided to seek their guidance. Who are these ancient gods? Zophar is about to get more than he has bargained for. |

Azuro, The Baby Blue Dragon
This little ball of light blue fluff joined with Drake, Aki, and Owian, right after they all got together. She had been looking for "Jonathan Stromewynd"; Drake's father. After she discovered that he had been killed, she chose Drake, the would-be Acolyte as the heir to the power of Althena. But now that Drake is also dead, Celes has been chosen by Althena herself as the new Dragonmaster. But she has no will to fight, and without the help of a Dragonmaster, Azuro won't be able to take up her roll as the new Blue Dragon of Althena. She must help the group find the auras so that they can all become Heros and so she can help them as an adult Dragon. But will that be enough to stop the force that is about to come? |
The Acolyte, The Ultimate Warrior of Darkness
1,000 years ago, the elderly Luna (in a message she left for Lucia) spoke of the events that took place when Zophar attacked the Blue Star. Luna left out one very important detail however: the fact that there was someone working be Zophar's side. Just as Althena has her Dragonmaster to aid her in protecting Lunar, Zophar also has what is known as hi Acolyte (or Demonmaster to some). When Althena sealed away the darkness and brought her people to Lunar, the Acoylte was killed. However, like the Dragonmasters, his power remiains intact, waiting for a new host. Very few people acklowledge the existence of such a being becuase they do not believe it to be possible for a mortal to hold such fearsome power, but like Althena and Zophar, The Dragonmaster and the Acolyte are merely two sides to the same coin. Donovan was taught to fear the Acolyte, but he sees fighting this warrior to be the ultimate challenge. He is correct in his assumption, for like a Dragonmaster, the Acolyte has the power to kill a god! |
Phacia, The Last Remaining Original Vile Tribe Member
2,000 years ago, Phacia was involved with her two sisters and Ghaleon in a plan to take over Lunar. However, Phacia came to her senses, believing that it was best for mankind to rule itself. During that time, she went so far as to fight against her own sisters in order to buy Alex enough time to face Ghaleon. What very few realized: Phacia survived the battle. After Alex's victory, she returned to the Frontier and hid witht the rest of the Vile Tribe. There, she took charge of them, helping them rebuild and restore their loses. Years passed by, and each year, Phacia was tempted by the effects that the winter solstic has on Vile women: an excessive sexual drive. She finally gave into it 22 years ago when a traveler came into the Frontier. From the two of them, Donovan Aleron was born! After that time, the explorer took Donovan and hid him in a shrine of Althena. Phacia had been looking for him for the whole time. Now that he has found her, she plans on doing everything in her power to keep her son in her life! |
The Star Dragon, Gatekeeper To The Blue Star
When Hiro came across this Dragon, he had his hands full! The Star Dragon is the Gatekeeper to the way to the Blue Star. It's powers are imense. Will it stand in the way of Althena's Warriors, or will it assist them and perhaps share its power with them? Only time will tell. |
